Alice's role involves:

As a Recruitment Consultant I’m involved in the process from the outset. I engage with our employer clients to understand their requirements and business needs fully, subsequently writing up comprehensive job adverts in order to find the most suitable candidates with the required skillset and experience. From a candidate perspective, I’m be on hand to offer advice in all areas of their search, including CV tips, offering guidance about where to enhance their skillsets and fully prepare for interviews.

Prior to Marmion:

I spent just under two years working for one of the UK’s largest tech companies as an Account Manager. Here I learned about technologies touching all areas of a business which has given me a great base knowledge of the industry. This role exposed me to clients in varying sizes and sectors, working on projects with clients by advising and understanding what their businesses needed to implement or improve in order to modernise and innovate their workplace. After this role, I worked in digital marketing, again as an Account Manager where I helped scope and manage projects of varying sizes and ensured the internal team was on track with delivering the project to scope and to tight deadlines. My favourite aspects of both roles were my interactions with clients and problem solving!
