Sophie's role involves:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, my role involves assisting my colleagues along the entire recruitment process. From understanding the needs of our employer clients in order to be able to write accurate job adverts, to screening CVs to find suitable candidates and everything in between. Alongside my supporting role I am undertaking a thorough training programme to learn as much as I possibly can in order to become a successful and well-respected Marmion Recruitment Consultant.

Prior to Marmion:

I have worked full time in the hospitality industry for nearly nine years, alongside earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with Leadership. During my time in the industry, I worked in different settings from local family run restaurants to corporate chain pubs and hotels. I thoroughly enjoyed the years I spent working in hospitality but felt ready for a change in career and to step into something new.
